We would go here more frequently if people were friendly and helpful but instead you’re missing business. More

Mixed Feelings I brought my 2013 Nissan Altima in for service. Had a tune-up, brake job and AC looked at for blowing hot air. Ended up I had to return 2 more times t I brought my 2013 Nissan Altima in for service. Had a tune-up, brake job and AC looked at for blowing hot air. Ended up I had to return 2 more times to hopefully get it right, so far so good. Not sure if it was mis-diagnosed each time or a process of elimination. It is just alot of time and miles back and forth to Jenkins to make the repair right and spend extra money that you believe may not have needed to be done in the first place. Thats my opinion. Your service advisor, Dave, and others I may have spoken to were all very professional and nice to deal with. More

Great service I had a problem and did not know if it was a big or small problem. I pulled in, and my tech identified the issue and fixed it on the spot.
