My Murano has been there since yesterday and still waiting! I am dissatisfied and was lied too! MyMarano is still in the shop yesterday I asked for a car to be loaned to me and was told there was no car avai I am dissatisfied and was lied too! MyMarano is still in the shop yesterday I asked for a car to be loaned to me and was told there was no car available for one week and today after my cars been there all day they offered me a loaner car. Good review of services purchased with the advisor gave opportunity to make adjustments and get only the services needed. Jenkins Nissan honors the appointment system and they are very efficient. My waiting time was between 1 hr to 1.5 as they promised. Service provided: oil change, air filters change, tires rotation, air conditioner flap valve replacement and multi points inspection. I’m satisfied with the service and outcome. Thank you Jenkins Nissan. More
Tire issues I purchased a new 2018 Frontier. The tires would vibrate so bad they would shake the vehicle. They attempted to balance a couple times. Instead of rep I purchased a new 2018 Frontier. The tires would vibrate so bad they would shake the vehicle. They attempted to balance a couple times. Instead of replacing with a new brand of tire, they just replaced the wheels and tires off a new truck. Same tire as before. Still shakes. Haven’t taken it back because they didn’t care before. Waste of my time. The whole dealership is a joke. More

Okay service Anthony that took care of the servicing of my car was fine and they did what was needed but when I came to pay, the checkout girls don’t even make eye Anthony that took care of the servicing of my car was fine and they did what was needed but when I came to pay, the checkout girls don’t even make eye contact and then I tried to ask some questions about my key that didn’t work and no one wanted to help me. We would go here more frequently if people were friendly and helpful but instead you’re missing business. More

Mixed Feelings I brought my 2013 Nissan Altima in for service. Had a tune-up, brake job and AC looked at for blowing hot air. Ended up I had to return 2 more times t I brought my 2013 Nissan Altima in for service. Had a tune-up, brake job and AC looked at for blowing hot air. Ended up I had to return 2 more times to hopefully get it right, so far so good. Not sure if it was mis-diagnosed each time or a process of elimination. It is just alot of time and miles back and forth to Jenkins to make the repair right and spend extra money that you believe may not have needed to be done in the first place. Thats my opinion. Your service advisor, Dave, and others I may have spoken to were all very professional and nice to deal with. More
