Well priced I thought my service was very well priced. My tech guy was nice. It took about an hour and half which was a little longer than i expected. Too time consuming My appointment was scheduled for 5pm and I got there at 450 and was given a completion time of 6 since I was waiting. My wife brought her car in at 52 My appointment was scheduled for 5pm and I got there at 450 and was given a completion time of 6 since I was waiting. My wife brought her car in at 525 and her car was done before mine and I had to act the fool before someone went to see about my car. I didn't get my car until 7pm which is ridiculous. I never thought an oil change would ever take 2 hours and during that time no one came over to say if they saw any service that they would recommend or nothing. I am very disappointed. Especially because I told them I was concerned about a noise I was hearing when I drive. More
Michael Sevigny is the best! I always enjoy my (service) experience at Jenkins Nissan however last night was by far one of the best experiences that I have had. Mike was the initi I always enjoy my (service) experience at Jenkins Nissan however last night was by far one of the best experiences that I have had. Mike was the initial person that spoke with me over the phone. His personality and kindness drew me into the dealership to consider my options in terms of a new vehicle. He went above and beyond to show me kindness, empathy and patience the entire time. Considering how kind he was to me over the phone, I insisted on working with him despite the fact that his job is to speak to customers over the phone and not necessarily in person. He even took care of paying for my oil change as that was initially what I came in for (which I sincerely hope he will be compensated for) even after we decided that we would not be moving forward with the purchase he refused to allow me to return the funds- he said it was fine. He then passed me over to a sales person by the name of Alejandro who was courteous but very clearly focused to making a sale and not a relationship. After we left the building which was after the dealership was closed, we realized that our car keys were left inside (as at one point we were attempting a trade) Many sales and services people walked right by us on their way to their vehicles (even the sales guy Alejandro-who would have profited from the sale) Alejandro barely looked at us as he walked passed us. I am not even sure he even bothered to ask why we were still in the building. It was Mike who stayed and was patient and kind to find out which service adviser might have misplaced the keys. Unfortunately the service adviser had already left so we had to wait in the dark and Mike insisted on waiting with us until he knew we would be taken care of. I really appreciate his commitment to doing the right thing and treating people properly. Please promote him as he will bring many long lasting relationships to the dealership. I never ever take the time to review businesses so please have someone show this review to the GM so that Mike can be acknowledged. Another thing- I appreciated that Mike was literally the only person that seemed to consider the fact that we were people and not a "sale" There was another Mike there that was totally unwelcoming when Mike attempted to introduce us. My husbands credit is A1 and whenever he is ready to trade in his vehicle (which is paid off) or finance one for me I will be looking for Michael Sevigny! More

Oil change I got what I ask for and at a great price. I made an appointment for 8:00AM on Tuesday. I got there 20 minutes early I got my car back a little over an hour later at 9:10. Every employee I had dealings with was friendly whether or not they were involved with my service. The dealership was large and had a nice waiting room with coffee and snacks available. More
