Staff was professional. Steven was amazing Took my car in for my oil change and tire rotation. Took about 1.5 hours but they completed all the work. The next day my tire was out of air which I thought was weird but I have a air compressor in my car so I was able to get that taken care of. Other than that everything went smooth. More

My Kicks first oil change ! Anthony was my service person. He was friendly knowledgeable helpful ....a nice guy! Friendly atmosphere! I enjoyed the complementary coffee! It was off So Jenkins Nissan is the only place that I do take my car I normally have very good experiences this time they drop the ball my service guy forgot me So Jenkins Nissan is the only place that I do take my car I normally have very good experiences this time they drop the ball my service guy forgot me I guess and I waited for a long time but my car was already done nobody explained what was done to my car it was supposed to have an oil change and a tire rotation and all new fluid put in there is no new fluid I question if the tires were even rotated I've never had an experience like this with Jenkins Nissan it's very disappointing More

Excessive reviews This is the second review that I've been solicited to write for the same service within one week. Unfortunately, this is not the exception but occurs This is the second review that I've been solicited to write for the same service within one week. Unfortunately, this is not the exception but occurs EVERY TIME that I come to Jenkins Nissan and is my only real complaint with your dealership. This should not be your policy. It's possible that you have more than one division requesting reviews. If so, you should coordinate your efforts, not harass your customers with multiple review requests. A review of any kind is not required or even needed for something as simple as a $5.00 oil change. This has occurred in the past. There should be a filter that eliminates requests for unneeded reviews. Reviews are ALWAYS voluntary, not mandatory. If a review is desired, one request should be made and a second request can be made if no response to the first after sufficient time has passed. If no response to either request, then drop it. Obviously, if a response is made to the first request, no further request should be made. I like your dealership and think it's one of the nicer ones that I have dealt with. I will likely buy another one or more cars from you when I am ready. I should not have to repeat this after each visit to the dealership. Hopefully, this is sufficient feedback and that this is forwarded to the proper person to implement some of my suggestions. After all, reviews are only valuable if they result in changes when needed. We shall see. More
