Willing to add to the service fees but not fully inspect the car like I would like and are accustomed to when going in a place for service on my vehicle. Turns out my battery was shot. I had AAA come out and he informed me that it needed replaced. How can I pay hundreds of dollars and not at least be given notice that maybe they should check the battery. What else do they skimp on when doing their "inspection" Very disappointed More

Pretty good, besides the speed of service, and quality of service. The other day I paid for a tire rotation and when I got my car back the tires were never rotated! Seat belt didn't work. Took 3 hours to tell me they didn't have part to fix. But I need brakes. Then it took another 3+hrs to fix brakes. Left dealership with assurance the would get part for seat belt (under warranty). Came back in 5 days later, at 8:30 when seat belt part was recieved,. Also had concern because brake smelled like burning rubber. They fixed seatbelt and found an improperly installed screw that was scraping on brake. Since I had just paid over $850 for all new brakes I was disappointed and not sure how much damage was caused. But what was really unacceptable is I didn't get out until after 1. Two days total between 11 to 12 hours. That is outrageous to be. More
