selectEd vehicle on first visit. came back 3 days later with cashiers check for full price. it took 3 and 1/2 hours to complete transaction. 6 weeks later vehicle would not shift came back 3 days later with cashiers check for full price. it took 3 and 1/2 hours to complete transaction. 6 weeks later vehicle would not shift properly. notified dealer who said bring it and we will take care of you. they said it needs a new transmission at cost of $8000.00. they understand it is unfortunate but that is what it is. no consideration given that I only had it 6 weeks took it to Tim moye transmission shop fixed in 2 days for $2100.00.nuffsaid More

Asked why having my appointment at 11.45 a.m at 1pm my vehicle wasn't even on the lift he told me to be patient because he knows I came here for the low oil change price he offers and I should be thankful for this. I did not expect he could humiliate me this way. Shame on managers like him and of course on the whole Jenkin SC. Absolutely careless and misleading estimate for a service I have asked was provided to find out next day from another techn that it was for the front axle not the rear as i needed.
