I came in to get a nail in a tire taken care of. I was left waiting for an hour before checking with the service department and finding it wasn't even up on a rack. That was unacceptable. Then it took another hour before the tire was removed and the nail removed. I was asked if I wanted a new tire then instead of just patching it as I had requested. Then another 40 minutes while a new technician (I was told) had problems getting the tire back on the rim. We have bought and had serviced several Nissan Rogues at Jenkins and never have we had such poor service. I should have been in and out in less than an hour for such a simple job. Robin Rockey, my regular service person, was not in the dealership during that service and she would not have let this happen. The service department wasn't that busy by the way. Totally unacceptable service. More
Service guy was real nice but my appt was at 11:00 for oil change and tire rotation. It took 3 hours and that is uncalled for. I have been coming to Jenkins Nissan for at least 4 years. I live in Orlando and it's over an hour drive but I make the trip there because of their superior service, great pricing and taking the time t years. I've tried 2 other dealerships near by for the service but really got screwed so I kept coming back to the Lakeland location. If you go ask for Robin. She's the best. More
Did not put enough oil in my vehicle during an oil change and did not properly replace an air filter. As a result, my vehicle broke down later that day on my way to an important event and had to be towed to and did not properly replace an air filter. Once fixed, I returned to the dealership to pick my car up and they had lost my keys. I was missing my child’s graduation party as a result so I asked for a loaner and they refused. It took them over an hour to find my keys. During the whole ordeal they acted like it was no big deal and did not seem to appreciate how disruptive it was to my family. They repeatedly reminded me that there was no charge for the tow or repairs that were only necessary due to their incompetence. Will NEVER go back. More
