Terrible Service!! Does not care about customers safety! I took my 2012 Altma in for oil and filter change and was told my power steering rack was leaking power steering fluid. I asked if they had refilled I took my 2012 Altma in for oil and filter change and was told my power steering rack was leaking power steering fluid. I asked if they had refilled it and the guy said "probably". Came home found the reservoir and it was almost empty. Called back and told them this was unacceptable and when I finally got an answer it was "why fill it when it was leaking anyway." I almost went on a 1200 mile trip and I feel they did not care about my safety at all. More

Outstanding I went into Lake Nissan yesterday because my battery on my recently purchased 2014 Nissan Sentra was acting up. Turns out, the previous owner had swit I went into Lake Nissan yesterday because my battery on my recently purchased 2014 Nissan Sentra was acting up. Turns out, the previous owner had switched the battery out for one not covered by my warranty. They didn't have to help me at this point, but I walked out with a new battery in my car at no charge. This dealership went above and beyond, and the manager and staff were extremely helpful. More
