Lance Gansky service manager contacted me. He made up for my inconvenience by providing free oil change and tire rotation in the future. Others from the dealership have left messages which is confusing. Also note phone system is cumbersome which I noticed when I was buying my car. I do not want to go through this phone system bother again. So, I ignore the repeated calls about my review.
