Ronnie Carter Service We were in Fl. on vacation when our transmission went out. We found your dealership on GPS. It was almost closing time when we got there. Ronnie Carter took the time to check out the car, contact our extended warrenty co. and put us in another car so we wouldn't be stranded. All this at the end of the day. He worked with us during this whole process and made a tough situation as pleasant as possible. It is not a good feeling to loose a transmission while out of town on vacation, especially 500 miles from home. Ronnie took care of us and went the extra mile to make a bad situation a lot better. We appreciate all he did to get us back on the road again. If we lived closer Jenkins Nissan would be our choice in dealerships. I'm what you would call a senior citizen. In all my years of working with service people Ronnie Carter beats them all. Thanks Ronnie apperciate all you did. Ron Dunning More

A Quincey Lindsey came up to me while I was waiting in the service waiting room,and said he needed to up date my information at Nissan. When I went to his desk, he read all of my information, and of course it was correct. Then he told me and gave me a Carfax report on my car. Explained to me Nissan would offer me $10,000 for my car( still owe $15,000.) and get me in lower payments for a new Rogue. I told him no thanks. I came in for service on my car, not to be bullied into buying a car. This is not a professional move. He also said the same thing to another lady waiting in the service waiting room. If this was a man, would he have done this. I am not a stupid women, I know what I like, and I love my Nissan Rouge, 2016. More
