Excellent Customer Service Johnnie Dyous was my service advisor. He is very personable; a true professional who arranged for 10k service needs. outstanding service I had what i thought was a need for a battery per AAA for my 2017 Rogue. I called Jenkins Nissan and spoke with Chuck Beck - and he could not have b I had what i thought was a need for a battery per AAA for my 2017 Rogue. I called Jenkins Nissan and spoke with Chuck Beck - and he could not have been more helpful, and kind - he suggested I bring the car in to be evaluated. Well I am sure glad I did because I met him as I got out of the car and he told me not to worry they would immediately figure out what the problem was. Then he turned me over to Ronnie Carter and he was excellent as well suggestion I also rotate the tires and he looked up my service records from Boardman Nissan in Boardman Ohio where I bought the car. He quickly moved the car to service technicians and the result was I did not need a battery and the service was quick and efficient. I have been to Jenkins 3-4 times before but this was my best experience. Manager would not return phone call I was not happy with my last visit so the manager gave me a prepaid car wash card.
