Courteous, pleasant and professional. My vehicle (2018 Rogue) was due for a routine 20,000 mile service. I was in and out around 1 hour. However, the technician forgot to attach a sticker My vehicle (2018 Rogue) was due for a routine 20,000 mile service. I was in and out around 1 hour. However, the technician forgot to attach a sticker to the left hand upper corner of my windshield telling me when the next service is due, which I surmise will be around 25,500 miles or so. In the interim, I would appreciate it if someone would mail me the sticker and I will affix it to the windshield. Thanks! More

I could not find the paperwork from my last visit indicating the diagnostic work recommended for my vehicle. He reviewed my prior history and explained what type of work would be needed on my next visit. During the beginning of my visit I asked Obed if he could reset my display. I forgot to mention it while I was picking up the car. He had already reset the display (wonderful intake notes). More
