I brought my Rogue to Nissan for Ronnie to have looked at to do a full diagnostic on it. Things just weren't right. In the midst of it all, Ronnie was telling me it was a good time to buy, but wasn't pus to do a full diagnostic on it. Things just weren't right. In the midst of it all, Ronnie was telling me it was a good time to buy, but wasn't pushing that matter. I went in and spoke with Lucas and then we decided to wait to see what was wrong with my Rogue before going forward. I went back the next day and Jose in sales said hey to me as if he had known me for years. I then, felt like I was part of their family. I was treated with the most respect and eveeyone was very honest with me. We ended up trading my 2011 Rogue in for a 2015 Rogue with only 36k miles and a limited lifetime warranty. Between Lucas and Ronnie, they genuinely showed they cared about mine and my kids' safety first and made sure we were taken care of from the moment we walked through their doors until the moment we left and I never left feeling unhappy or like I wasn't part of their family. Thank you to everyone thay worked with my son and I. Thank you, Ronnie, for being honest and jot just trying to take all my money. Much appreciated, we will be back in the future. Brought my 2018 Nissan Murano in for a system error that was coming up on my screen. They got me right in and detected the problem, fixed it, and I was on my way. I came in for my service without an appointment. I was checked in within minutes and went to the waiting area. The area was clean and well kept. Social distancing cautions were in evidence. Employees were practicing social distancing and using appropriate PPE. My Rogue was service expeditiously and brought around to the entrance complete and cleaner than when I brought it in.
