I just moved to The Villages,Florida and needed an oil change & tire rotation. Found Jenkins Nissan of Leesburg. My 2020 Rogue needed 2 filters replaced and he brought me my filters to show me why they needed replacement. I inquired if they wash your car after service and since they are in a new location/Covid they weren’t doing that now. While I was paying he had a guy take my car to get washed! More

In late 2020, I bought a 2019 Altima with approximately 25,000 miles. After inspection by a local mechanic, we found that there had been previous body damage repair. Within two months I had to replace th 25,000 miles. After inspection by a local mechanic, we found that there had been previous body damage repair. Within two months I had to replace the battery. Within 4 months, one of the rear shocks began leaking. I took it in for a warranty repair. I was told it would take a month or more to get a new part in, but received a call within 3 days telling me the part was in. Two weeks after supposedly getting a new rear shock installed, I began to hear a thumping noise in the rear. After inspection by a local mechanic, we found that the "new" shock installed at the dealer is completely blown. Not sure if they replaced the original leaking shock at all or replaced it with a used one. Feels like I bought a very old used car rather than a 2019 model. I am not trusting this new fix to the dealership again, but will pay my trusted local mechanic to make the repair this time. Unfortunate that I cannot trust them enough to get warranty work done. More

Brought my vehicle(Nissan Kicks) to have a simple mud flap reattached. Tried to do it myself but to no avail. Darren from the service department took care of it in less than 10 minutes. In addition, h flap reattached. Tried to do it myself but to no avail. Darren from the service department took care of it in less than 10 minutes.
