Crystal River Nissan is very accommodating, friendly, and thorough. Personnel that scheduled my service were pleasant and eager to meet my needs/time frame. Upon arrival I was met by Service personnel who were enthusiastic and quick to process my vehicle to get service needed. While waiting in Customer waiting room all employees who walked by acknowledged me, asked if I needed anything...a few stopped for a quick general conversation. When my servicing was completed the checkout was quick and efficient. Service personnel brought car to me. I have cone to feel as though I have a personal assistant because of Grace's familiarity with me when I am there. We have become "friends!" Great service but phone call price different from actual I have no problems with any of the people at Maus Nissan but feel they have been put in an uncomfortable situation. The work is always completed correctly and fairly fast. I had already made an appointment when I received a phone call saying my car was due for service. When I call the person back and said that I had already made an appointment for an oil change and rotation Tayena said there was a special for retiring customers of $19.99 for the oil change. When I questioned the price quoted at Maus from Cheale and a person at the checkout, they both stated that there was no specials. Cheale did provide a discount which was appreciated. The person at the checkout stated that a the company started a new service and that they were providing wrong prices. It's unfair to your employees to subject them to possible irate customers because there is a disconnect from whoever called me to the actual prices. More
