Most employees were not wearing masks, many other customers were not wearing masks and were coughing in the waiting area. Routine oil change I was there for a routine oil change. While there they pointed out that a couple of filters were dirty and had them replaced. One thing I wasn't abl I was there for a routine oil change. While there they pointed out that a couple of filters were dirty and had them replaced. One thing I wasn't able to schedule had to do with an email I received a few months back. When I called to make the appointment I wasn't able to locate the email which told me what the service was called and the person wasn't able to assist me with it. I believe it was part of my Maus Care and cleaning the car. More

Very disappointed in Maus. They are making this pandemic worse by not wearing masks. Yes, the guy that helped me did wear one because I asked him to. This is why our country will never recover. Yes, open your doors for business BUT wear masks!! 6' at an indoor business is not sufficient. Why contribute to the problem. We loved the salesman who sold us the GMC but when we came in to get the oil changed with an appointment it took over 3 hours to get it back. I just don’t understand why any other oil change take no mor came in to get the oil changed with an appointment it took over 3 hours to get it back. I just don’t understand why any other oil change take no more than tops a half hour and it almost took 3 hours at Maus. I was very disappointed More
6 week breakdown i bought my car in april 2020 during covid 19. . After 6 weeks it stopped working, rear lights stuck on and would not go off. Because of a safety is i bought my car in april 2020 during covid 19. . After 6 weeks it stopped working, rear lights stuck on and would not go off. Because of a safety issue it would not go over 35 mph. Very dangerous. i had to have it towed in to the dealership. Maus would not cover any expense and even though i had an appt. did not look at my car all day! i called four times and my service person did not respond. very upsetting. they finally fixed it the next day and gave me a discount for my inconvenience. my only gripe is that they did not call me back or keep me in the loop as to the status of my vehicle. I was very upset by the end of the day. all they had to do was call and tell me what was going on. it turned out well in the end. More
The fine employees in the service department spent two weeks working with my extended warranty getting my truck fixed up.
