Good dealership for oil change service. Service area clean and organized; staff friendly and helpful Todd did a great job of handling my visit ! Travel 100 Miles For Superior & Trusted Service I live 100 miles from Maus Nissan, and would not have my service performed anywhere else. I scheduled an appointment to have my back Window Tint re I live 100 miles from Maus Nissan, and would not have my service performed anywhere else. I scheduled an appointment to have my back Window Tint repaired. I was met promptly and informed there would be no charge as I have Maus Care, and so should everyone. It really does make a difference, and well worth it. This repair also entitled me to a loaner (Brand New Sentra) at no charge. The repair was done within a very timely matter (less than 2 hours). While I was there I asked if I could go ahead with 15,000 mile Service. This entailed Wheel Alignment & Power Brake Flush, along with Oil Change. Oil filter Change, & Tire Rotation. Although this additional service was not previously scheduled with an appointment, it was performed immediately without any delay. I arrived at 9:00 AM, and after all the services rendered, I was leaving the dealership by 1:00 PM. Superior & Trusted Service at a fair price. Why would you buy, or have service anywhere but Maus Nissan Crystal River. More

Thorough diagnostic of 2007 Frontier Received bad news on the cost to repair our truck. It actually took a few days to find out exactly what the problem was. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and very accommodating.We were given a loaner vehicle during that time. We have had other positive experiences with the service dept working on my Nissan Pathfinder and because of that and this recent issue ,my husband and I made the decision to purchase a new truck. Erik was extremely helpful and knowledgeable working out a good deal for us. There were a few snags along the way but everyone has gone above and beyond to make it right. What started as a service visit ended up with a sale! More
