Work was good but an hour 45 minutes for an oil change was ridiculous. I watch the technician screw around for 45 minutes after he drove the car in doing absolutely nothing but talking to other technician was ridiculous. We went for the routine oil change and tire rotation. We ask if they could fix the passenger side airbag light, it stays on all the time. I, Winnie, told them it was probably the wiring under the passenger ask if they could fix the passenger side airbag light, it stays on all the time. I, Winnie, told them it was probably the wiring under the passenger seat, because it had happened to our 2014 Rouge also. He came back with a bill of $176.75 for diagnostic and labor. I told him what the problem was, don't understand why I was charged for something they could have found without having to put the diagnostic on it. And so NO I am not happy with the service. More
