Very poor attention to detail on my last service. Paid for new tires and alignment. Tires were overinflated by close to 10 psi as me ride was terrible. I went for a oil filter change and tire rotation. As expected was told the car needs more services to be done. Got battery replaced, then the representative told terminals have to be replaced too and wi expected was told the car needs more services to be done. Got battery replaced, then the representative told terminals have to be replaced too and will cost 170$. Don't know why that wasn't being told earlier and why it costs so much for the terminal replacement. The tire pressure wasn't top off although it says they did. More

May 17 had a shifting from park to reverse or drive it would not move. Nissan fix the shifter and it worked fine. May 20 I had the same thing shifter got stuck again. Arnold Martin was so up would not move. Nissan fix the shifter and it worked fine. May 20 I had the same thing shifter got stuck again. Arnold Martin was so upset that it was not fixed the first time. Arnold gave me a loaner "NO CHARGE " said they will keep the Pathfinder until they are sure it is fixed. Called me May 25 picked the car up and ever thing is fine . Arnold was so caring, it shows customer are very importin to Maus. More
