you'll get screwed I purchased a 2016 Nissan pick up truck with 1500 miles on it. During the sales pitch, I was told that the vehicle had a clean Car Fax report. So I to I purchased a 2016 Nissan pick up truck with 1500 miles on it. During the sales pitch, I was told that the vehicle had a clean Car Fax report. So I took them at their word. I washed the truck a few days later and discovered a dent on the roof, so I returned to the dealership but they refused to fix the dent. My issue with them is this: they willingly withheld information from Car Fax but then they used the Car Fax report to further the sale. They can not be trusted! Manipulating the Car Fax is tantamount to lying. I took the truck to a local body shop who estimated the repair to be $255….So for a couple of hundred bucks, they knowingly lied, to consummate a deal. They screwed me and will screw you over too. Buy Elsewhere. More

We saw a 2007 Nissan Altima on Maus Nissan's website, and we went to the dealership to take a look. When we arrived, we were greeted by Al Garcia, who located the car out back, and brought it up front to show it to us. We were pleased with the condition of the car, and were satisfied with the pricing. Al treated us fairly, and as a result, my mother now has a reliable car, which gives us all peace of mind. Liars 100%! Wish I read the reviews before shopping here. Bought a 2015 Jeep that Kelly Kelly assured me had Blue Tooth. When I realized it did not 2 hours after purchase) I called and he assured me he's make it right. When I took to a jeep dealer at his request we found out it did not have Blue Tooth. Cost to install would be $560. When I sent him invoice as he requested he said he'd discuss with manager. Now both are refusing to pay for it and telling me oh well you own it now. Don't walk away, run as fast you can. If you enjoy getting lied to then stick around you're in the right place. More

they are liars They did a hard look into my credit which cost me 19 points. I had this done before at same dealership 7 months ago, ( by a different salesman) ,this is the reason I went back. Now, the sales and finance team outright lie and don't care what they do. When I saw the point deduction from one of the credit reporting agencies, I called them and they told me that only Nissan can remove this inquiry. I.m still in the process of getting points removed from Nissan headquarters which is another bad joke. More
Yelling .50 a day as we walked out the door! This dealership is in crystal river It starred off very nice, everyone was polite, then a A few cars later it went down hill. We were showen a car with a/c problems, another car that was stalling & instead of them taking the car to get service they just parked it back on the lot. So we did find a car which were going to purchase, if the price was right. Told them it could be over 200 a month & then they say will it'll be 236. No cant do, this car is for our daughter that just stating college & works full time. So after about 10 minutes they said well that the lowes we can go. So my husband, my & myself get up to leave, we should their hands and thanked them for there time. Then they oval began to say your going to let this deal fall though because of .50 day, then Kirk followed us out the door to our car & continuing yell .50 day! Later on that day he even called my husband saying I can't believe you let this deal fall thought because of .50 day. We ended up purchasing the same car with Less Miles, less money and it was preowned certified, for another dealership! More
