Second Purchase My first time dealing with Maus was at the New Port Richey site, I did alot of searching on line and that's where I found the car. I was able to have all the work I needed to be done in Crystal River. I took my car in for my free oil change and tire rotation, and a salesman asks to speak with me about trading in my car. Although I needed more seating than what my car had I hadn't really given a thought about trading it in. There wasn't a pushy salesman, just a very nice salesman willing to help me if I wanted to trade. I couldn't make up my mind, but the next day I was back, drove home in my SUV. Although I'm still getting use to the difference of a 4 seat to a 7 seat, I've enjoyed everytime I go out in it. Even better I still have the extras on this SUV too. More

As a matter of fact, the first car he presented to her is the one she ended up purchasing. This was after hours and hours of missed cues, runaround and stalling (give and take, back and forth) from other Central Florida dealerships. They were not listening to the customer. My mother had told Al her budget and her preferences, and that's what he presented and she considered. In and out and HAPPY in less than two hours.
