There was no pressure or high sales talk. Everything was down to earth. I purchased the car that I want and am very happy. Great Dealership experience I went to this dealership with my spouse on recommendation of an acquaintance and am I ever glad that I did! We were originally planning to buy a pre I went to this dealership with my spouse on recommendation of an acquaintance and am I ever glad that I did! We were originally planning to buy a pre-owned vehicle but the quality of the new vehicle and service after the sale plan were so appealing that I was convinced to buy new instead. The last time we bought a new vehicle was 2008 and owned that one for 10 years. We plan to own this one long term as well. The staff at Maus in Crystal River were very professional but friendly as well, they did their utmost to assure that we were comfortable and well cared for while we were going through the process of purchasing a vehicle. Brandon, our sales person, informed us that he was new to the dealership but he answered all our questions referring to others when he was unsure of the material in question. Our financial officer was very helpful and had our paperwork done in a timely fashion. Overall we are very pleased with the service here and recommend this dealership to anyone looking to replace a vehicle. More

We learned a lot from Andrea. We were looking for a new car and went on line to Maus Nissan in Crystal River. I found 2 new cars that they had in stock and decided that either one We were looking for a new car and went on line to Maus Nissan in Crystal River. I found 2 new cars that they had in stock and decided that either one would work for us. When we arrived at the dealership we met Andrea. She was knowledgeable, informative and professional. After listening to our thoughts on the cars we were interested in she made a suggestion that no car salesperson has ever made to us in the past. Andrea explained that the dealership has a fleet of cars that are used as loaners and that before they get too many miles on them they are sold as Pre-owned. Well instead of driving off the lot with a beautiful new car that had all the basic niceties but not "out of this world" we now own a FANTASTIC out of this world car with 4000 miles on it. This new car has ALL the bells and whistles that are on cars today. It is much nicer than the cars that I had picked out and.... the best part is that the cost of this fantastic car was about the same as what we were planning on spending. PS this is not our first Nissan We have been dealing with the Nissan Service Dept for years and Grace and the technicians are all Wonderful. More
