The finance department sucks and are sneaky Because I only want to purchase the car. I did not need to be tricked into paying an add’l $2400 especially for the tire charge of $300. I’m not going to drive that far for a warranty WHICH I repeatedly told Jon the sales person. Then two finance guys tried to sale me warranty the first guy was in training. But Sean was a straight it liar. He said in order to get the lowered interest rate (5%) I had to have the add’l charges, which by the way were added after the last minute when I’m getting ready to sign paperwork. I have a credit rating if 818 and I got a 5% interest rate... More

Why make an appointment? Made an appointment for 9 a.m. and arrived at 8:40-8:45 A.M. Since this was my first visit, I asked my representative how long it would take? He advis Made an appointment for 9 a.m. and arrived at 8:40-8:45 A.M. Since this was my first visit, I asked my representative how long it would take? He advised an hour to an hour and a half, which I thought was excessive to change oil, rotate tires and check fluid levels. But after watching the service bay for an hour and 10 minutes I realized why, it took them that long just to get my new vehicle to their bay. Since I paid for the care package that includes lifetime oil changes, I guess I will still use them, but will have to figure out some way to bring a second vehicle. I think it's ridiculous to have to wait for over 2 hours to get my vehicle serviced. With saying that, all staff that I interacted with was professional, and polite More
