Great service but phone call price different from actual I have no problems with any of the people at Maus Nissan but feel they have been put in an uncomfortable situation. The work is always completed corre I have no problems with any of the people at Maus Nissan but feel they have been put in an uncomfortable situation. The work is always completed correctly and fairly fast. I had already made an appointment when I received a phone call saying my car was due for service. When I call the person back and said that I had already made an appointment for an oil change and rotation Tayena said there was a special for retiring customers of $19.99 for the oil change. When I questioned the price quoted at Maus from Cheale and a person at the checkout, they both stated that there was no specials. Cheale did provide a discount which was appreciated. The person at the checkout stated that a the company started a new service and that they were providing wrong prices. It's unfair to your employees to subject them to possible irate customers because there is a disconnect from whoever called me to the actual prices. More
