I checked the Maus web site this morning and I can't believe this originally $20,000.00 KBB valued vehicle is the same vehicle I was only allowed $4,000.00 trade in for, because it was most probably goi believe this originally $20,000.00 KBB valued vehicle is the same vehicle I was only allowed $4,000.00 trade in for, because it was most probably going to take "thousands of dollars" to repair the electrical system. I'm sick to my stomach. Perfectly running vehicle in pristine condition. Shame on you for taking advantage of two older women thousands of miles from home with a disabled vehicle. Paid way too much for the vehicle I finally purchased because the dealer had no stickers on the window and could pretty much charge what they wanted. I was in this area passing through on my way home from vacation when an electrical failure due to a new camper hooked up by COMO RV blew out the electric on this XTerra less than 2 miles from COMO's Facility. Most expensive souvenir ever. I was duped!! More
Love my Rogue. Hate taking it to service. Always find something not covered under warranty that will cost an arm and leg. A problem I have had since buying the car all of a sudden is now a problem needin something not covered under warranty that will cost an arm and leg. A problem I have had since buying the car all of a sudden is now a problem needing attention although I had mentioned it right after my purchase. I bought extended warranty 3 months ago that I thought would cover said problem. Wrong. Now I am paying to fix the problem and the warranty. Everyone is nice. But tactics are not. AND I keep getting emails, text, letters trying to get me to trade my car. If and when I am ready for a new vehicle, I will do it. And I have told them this multiple times and was told it would be handled and I am still getting harassed. More

Very disappointed with my appointment on September 5th, 2021. My wife and I were in for a recall on a hood latch and oil change. That part of the services was fine. However, the list of suggested repairs f 2021. My wife and I were in for a recall on a hood latch and oil change. That part of the services was fine. However, the list of suggested repairs from changing brake fluid, transmission fluid, cabin filter, new battery, drive belt and more came to over $1,500. I discussed with the service manager and he mentioned the car probably wouldn't be parked on the side of the road, but definitely needed a battery. I declined all the suggested repairs and paid my bill. I did go have the battery tested at AutoZone and O'Reilly's today. Both places tested the battery and said the battery was fine without any issues. I'm so glad I took the initiative to go and have tested than to succumb to there tactics. Not going back for sure! Purchased used 2017 Pathfinder. 2 flat tires less than 5 miles from dealership. Limped to gas station - no tire damage; 2 days later same tires 20 psi low. Currently undergoing chemo and can't afford new ti miles from dealership. Limped to gas station - no tire damage; 2 days later same tires 20 psi low. Currently undergoing chemo and can't afford new tires already. Having to fill tires every few days while balancing a chemo pump is ridiculous. Less than 100 miles on vehicle since purchase. Totally my fault for not checking but I don't know anyone who does. More
