We loved the salesman who sold us the GMC but when we came in to get the oil changed with an appointment it took over 3 hours to get it back. I just don’t understand why any other oil change take no mor came in to get the oil changed with an appointment it took over 3 hours to get it back. Moved to Crystal River Two years ago and Had come to Maus Nissan for service on my 2013 Juke. The Maus family had always provided me great and honest service. 6 week breakdown i bought my car in april 2020 during covid 19. . After 6 weeks it stopped working, rear lights stuck on and would not go off. Because of a safety is i bought my car in april 2020 during covid 19. . After 6 weeks it stopped working, rear lights stuck on and would not go off. Because of a safety issue it would not go over 35 mph. Very dangerous. i had to have it towed in to the dealership. Maus would not cover any expense and even though i had an appt. did not look at my car all day! i called four times and my service person did not respond. very upsetting. they finally fixed it the next day and gave me a discount for my inconvenience. my only gripe is that they did not call me back or keep me in the loop as to the status of my vehicle. I was very upset by the end of the day. all they had to do was call and tell me what was going on. it turned out well in the end. More
The fine employees in the service department spent two weeks working with my extended warranty getting my truck fixed up. I wouldn’t buy a bicycle from Maus NissanMy entire deal I wouldn’t buy a bicycle from Maus Nissan My entire deal was handled so unprofessionally. Took months to get a copy of my paperwork and when I finall I wouldn’t buy a bicycle from Maus Nissan My entire deal was handled so unprofessionally. Took months to get a copy of my paperwork and when I finally do I needed to put a claim in that my transmission went on a vehicle I had for about 7 months and a 2016 vehicle which Nissan knowing they have CVT transmission issues would only cover 60% Maus would not cover anything! The warranty company wouldn’t cover anything because I had just missed having an air cabin filter changed and a brake flush both of which were never even told to me by Nissan that I was due for and have nothing to do with my transmission... if I had known I would have had them done so my so called “lifetime” warranty would have still been good.. 18,000 dollars, cost of a new transmission and now a worthless warranty I paid for. Well that should say it all. Not only Maus but after I had the new transmission put in and told them I was still hearing sounds from vehicle and engine light still on they want me to pay for more diagnostics. I wouldn’t purchase a Nissan ever again and neither should anyone else More
