Unimpressed Disappointed that after having purchased the vehicle just little more than 3 months earlier, it was recommended the brake and transmission systems be Disappointed that after having purchased the vehicle just little more than 3 months earlier, it was recommended the brake and transmission systems be flushed, the surpentine belt and tires be replaced and the front end be aligned, all at a cost of over $1,700! But I got a free oil change and filter! How nice! I was not amused, and declinded the additional service. I will say, you have two stars working there, Nick Grossman and, forgive me, I don't know Steven's last name. He was Nick's Sale's manager at the time. These two men worked on the sale of the Murano we purchased. They are good at what they do. They followed up and followed through. They did what they promised and kept their word. They are an asset to your company and the only reason I'm responding at all to your emails. I hope I can continue to do business with your company. If I do, it will be because of them. More

Disappointed First off never let them have the keys to the car you might trade in because they hold them hostage. I bet I asked them for my keys back at least 5-7 times and they never produced them. I told them I have an attention span of a gnat and gave them one hour to get the business done. My appointment was at 10:30 and I never got out of there until at least 12:30. That is because I was so upset I didn't even want them to explain the car functions. The paperwork was done poorly as they had my car color as gold and it's silver. They were trying to overcharge me in the finance office by $4,000. The didn't get the mileage correct on the paperwork for the new car. While I did purchase a vehicle my experience was horrible. My anxiety was out of this world when I left. More
Best Sales Team I've met! this was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a new car, and I've purchased several in my years. My daughter went online and filled out the Nissan search request, I instantly got an email and text from Erik. Later I received one from Richard Jackson, I responded to both the text and email not realizing they were two different people. I had some info so I decided to give them a call to talk more in length about my needs. Talking to Richard we set up an appointment and he stated he would set us up with a sales person, I'm like wait then who's Erik? He's like one of the guy, I'm like that's who I want as I've already been chatting with him as well. We get there, Erik greets us as we walk in "ask for the talk bald guy" he says, but we asked by name. We sit down go over our wants. He's like I have a Rouge outside would you like to drive it, sure, I know I like them I've driven one before that's how I even know about them. The color was so different then I imagined but it spoke to me. Zipped it down the road, then a second spin, I was sold. A few snafus but things clear up and we are signing papers.. here's where my day was made. Ms. Karen is a delight! I swear she could be family, I loved how she was so down to earth, no pressure, just talking like we old friends. We will be back for services of course, but my Daughter said she could see herself buying from Maus as well. More

Terrible Service. Terrible business practices. Do not go there. They are misleading with online advertisements for financing. We went in interested on a used vehicle advertised online. We knew it was used with increased mileage. We told the salesman Antonio we were interested in financing. We told him our budget as well as the down payment we were able to provide. Antonio asked to run our credit to finance the vehicle and we agreed. He ran both my husbands and mine credit. He then goes upstairs to speak to the finance manager Steve. Steve comes down and stated the used car were interested in was not financeable due to the increased mileage. He proceeds to tell us that he had good news we were approved for another vehicle that was higher in price way out of our budget. Then Steve proceeds to be very rude and rude condescending to us. Extremely shady practice. They knew ahead of time that the vehicle we were interested in would not be able to be financed, however they proceeded to run our credit (decreasing our credit score) and never were upfront with us that the vehicle could not and would not be financed. They proceeded to do the switcharoo and offer a much higher priced vehicle. Do not be fooled. Do not go there. More
When we bought a 2019 Nissan Sentra from another dealership and ended up getting defrauded because of a crash we were not aware that it had been in prior to purchase.
