I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my time but I have never experienced the sale pressure that I encountered at this place.once they get the keys to your trade in you almost have to fight to get them bac never experienced the sale pressure that I encountered at this place.once they get the keys to your trade in you almost have to fight to get them back. I spent 7 hours at this place until my wife finally broke down and bought the xxxx truck. The Maus Care they include on each new vehicle actually cost you $2900 bucks so keep that in mind when they give you a final price. You always pay too much for a new car but this time I walked away feeling really bad. I won't even take it back for the free oil changes. Just beware and bring your lunch because it's going to be a long day. This is at the Port Richy store. Don't know how the Crystal River store is More
