Lacking in customer service. My daughter took the vehicle in for service. Best Service Ever I had my 2016 in for service to get the oil changed, 4 wheel alignment, 4 brand new tires installed and all 4 break pads replaced. They gave me a loan I had my 2016 in for service to get the oil changed, 4 wheel alignment, 4 brand new tires installed and all 4 break pads replaced. They gave me a loaner car and that was a shock to me. My car was ready in 4 hours. They washed my car and the icing on the cake was the service advisor replaced the battery in my key fob for free. This was a pleasant experience and I will return again. Oh, I forgot to add the oil change was only $6 dollars and it’s always only $6 dollars. I only take my 2016 Outlander Sport GT to this dealer for oil changes. More
