Eugenio from the front desk, did an excellent job, but It was my first experience with the service center, and I feel dissapointed and unsatisfied about the service provided to my car I've bought there. They supposed to verify my car and its function, and cleaned interior and exterior as a courtesy and what they did, it was a mediocre job. The steering wheels dirty, interior dirty... Also, the salesman Christian told me that the oil change because I bought the car there, supposed to be $6 dollars and I paid $45. When you use the brakes you still hear a sound. More

The customer service could be better. The lady working in the service dept is very rude. She doesn't even acknowledge that customers a siting come first. Everytime I'm there she always takes a customer call the service dept is very rude. She doesn't even acknowledge that customers a siting come first. Excellent New/Used car department and Financing department. Came in looking for a used SUV, got us into a Brand New Outlander for just a little more money.
