We had a great experience purchasing our new ralliart mirage. We went back to jenkins because we purchased our 2018 mirage from them and knew that they would treat us right. Drove an hour to see a 2021 Corolla, salesperson Alex was fine, very chatty with my boyfriend but not with me (I was the one purchasing the vehicle. ) Car had vague damage reported on the Carfax, when I aske fine, very chatty with my boyfriend but not with me (I was the one purchasing the vehicle. ) Car had vague damage reported on the Carfax, when I asked if they'd inspected the vehicle for the damage the salesman wasn't sure and when I requested a report of the inspection it did not say anything about it. We test drove the car fine, but discovered while testing the features out that the USB had a problem and the Carplay and Andriod Auto did not work. This car was a lower trim model and a 2021, anybody should expect that to at least work but it didn't. The car also had a crack on the windshield. Salesman brought me the numbers and I would end up financing about the same price it was listed for after a 30% cash downpayment. I told them with the lack of proper inspection and damage I wouldn't do that for a se trim. I also showed them the email the dealership had sent offering me a 1000 dollars off the car to come see it. I explained that I would be willing to purchase the car today and even leave it there for them to finish fixing it and make the trip back out to the dealership another time if they gave me a fair price. The JD power report I was provided even listed the car between 16k and 21k in value which my bottom dollar was within. After giving us a minute to decide, I gave him a price I'd pay for the vehicle including that they fix the USB port and cracked windshield and he agreed and signed off. Then the finance manager Mario came to us and said he couldn't do that and all he could do was again the 1000 off. I told him that that had already been offered to me by email so I wasn't very impressed with that offer which would still leave me financing almost the entire price of the car after a 30% downpayment and 3000 dollars on fees. He said okay, told me to have a good day, and got up and left. I definitely would not recommend this dealership if you want a fair price, or a good experience in general. The salesman took his time, Mario was not interested in my business whatsoever, and the rest of the dealership was in poor condition with dirty cars parked all over the lot. The car I came to see itself was covered in a thin layer of dirt so much so that the car was blue and just looked black unless you cleaned a spot. More
