My first oil change The service guy was super friendly and answered all if my questions. Being my first time there for service, I had a LOT of questions. He patiently h The service guy was super friendly and answered all if my questions. Being my first time there for service, I had a LOT of questions. He patiently helped me through the experience. The waiting room was clean and the complimentary snacks were nice. They washed the car and adjusted a hubcap that was hiding the tire valve stem. They remembered to reset the maintenance wrench and adjusted the tire pressure so the silly light would go off on the dash. My only gripe might be that I had a 9am appointment and I didn't get released until 10:45. Seems a bit long for just an oil change 1st thing in the morning. But other than that the visit was very hassle free. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the service tech that assisted me, but he was super and did me right. More
