Since it was on a Saturday you'd think there would be a wait not at all. The place was busy and our sales guy Chuck was ready to serve us. They made us feel special and wanted. I love the way everyone was attentive it made the experience very pleasant. We also brought our children with us and Chuck aka Charles made sure the kids were taking care of while we were taking care of business. They were upfront with everything no gimmicks, sales pitch but the straight truth! They did everything they could to find us a very nice luxurious SUV. We are going recommend so many of our family and friends to them because they are Awesome! We are definitely coming back to purchase another vehicle. One of the best service experiences ever. I was trying to get home to North Carolina after visiting family in Florida over the holidays and was having issues with my Mazda 3 shutting off due t I was trying to get home to North Carolina after visiting family in Florida over the holidays and was having issues with my Mazda 3 shutting off due to suspected battery issues. I was able to get my car started and made it to Jenkins Mazda. Phyllis was friendly and professional despite having already had a busy morning. After explaining my situation she made the effort to get my car right in for service since I still had a 9 hour drive ahead of me in order to get home. She and her team were able to quickly figure out that the battery and the terminal were both part of the problem and got me in and out in less than 2 hours from the time I drove up. I wish every place was as helpful as Jenkins! More
