I leased Mazda CX-5 about 8 months back. Got a call asking if interested in a free oil change. I concurred. Appointment was booked immediately for the next Saturday noon. Katelyn Spencer was my service front desk person and Justin was the person who serviced my vehicle. Katelyn made detailed note of all the questions I had. Justin not only answered all of them , he also provided a print out for next level of understanding. Both were very courteous , helpful and made me feel like an important customer. More

German, the finance manager was terrible, such an attitude when we didn’t want to purchase any upgrades. He copped a huge attitude and to be honest he would be no one that I would recommend for anything. He is definitely a drawback to Jenkins establishment. Alejandro needs a raise and a bonus, however!
