After several emails, I received a quote from the Salesman on the 2018 Ford Focus with less than 15,000 original miles.. The quote showed a price of $11,995, a reduction of $1,000.00 off the askin Salesman on the 2018 Ford Focus with less than 15,000 original miles.. The quote showed a price of $11,995, a reduction of $1,000.00 off the asking price of $12,995.00. The quote also included a 3-year/36k mile bumper to bumper service contract for $2,745.00 and almost $1,400.00 in fees (Dealer Fess, Title Fees, Pvt Agency Fee, Electronic Filing Fee.... aka additional profit). The Salesman was more than helpful in getting me photos and the information that I had requested. I told the Salesman I did not want the service contract and I was annoyed that it was added to the quote without asking me if I wanted one. The Salesman replied via email with the following: “Okay i will update it without the warranty, and a tag transfer with a new sticker. Manager was willing to take $1k off the vehicle price to assist with the warranty, but said without warranty it would stick at the 12,995” So they charge $3,745.00 for an extended warranty on a car with less than 15,000 original miles? I see that they have since increased the advertised price to $13,499.00. I expected more from a Lincoln dealer. I was all set to go look at the car and they not only lost the sale, but more importantly they lost my trust. More

concierge picked up my car left me a dirty smelly loaner, took 3 days for oil and 2 recalls.. i had to call to see if ready, then the guy bringing back my car backed into a line of cars crushing lower both took 3 days for oil and 2 recalls.. i had to call to see if ready, then the guy bringing back my car backed into a line of cars crushing lower both doors, sent to their repair shop .. 100% covered...no kidding, then no reply after a week i went to shop and its sitting outside not even worked on.. said he would call me in a day with when it would be ready .. then i went to service and explained why i was furious.. didnt seem like he cared, he said he was going right to gen mgr when i left about it and someone would contact me.. its been another week and no one from either have contacted me at all.. this is my 4th lincoln and never had any issues with another dealer ..this is by far unaccetable and my next step if I do not get some information ...and i feel should be urgent at best... will be to go directly to Lincoln customer service . First time purchase from this dealer and will be by far my last one. I urgently request some one contact me with answers to all these issues and information on a speedy completion to their errors.
