At 175 miles my new 2020 Kia Niro FE displayed a notification to check the air flappers. I had purchased the vehicle on Friday Oct. 9th, in Gainesville. I did not want to drive back up there, so I c notification to check the air flappers. I had purchased the vehicle on Friday Oct. 9th, in Gainesville. I did not want to drive back up there, so I called the Ocala dealership and spoke to Lance. He explained the procedure necessary to diagnose and repair the issue. Upon arrival Lance got things going. When the paperwork was completed, Lance gave me a tour of the dealership and explained about the free beverages and wi-fi, also offering me a desk and computer since I did not bring one. I declined, but appreciated the offer very much. While I waited for the repair, Lance gave me status updates. Chris also kept me updated as he was doing the repairs, which he completed quicker than I expected. The air flapper conundrum is no more. Thanks to Lance and Chris again! More
