I have been going to Jenkins KIA to service my car since 2020 and for the first time I feel like they really care. No pressure on doing unwanted maintenance. Went for an oil change and that’s it. I want to make sure I give credit to Chris Morissette. He was great. It’s the first time some tells me “Thanks for your service “ and the first time I got a military discount. So after 4 years finally I got treated like a customer. Thanks Chris. Hopefully you will be at Jenkins KiA for a long time. Take care and God bless. More

The purpose of my visit was a safety recall to install a fuse. The service advisor, Alex Amador, is a knowledgeable and very pleasant person. He explained what needs to be done, and even found that it was a fuse. The service advisor, Alex Amador, is a knowledgeable and very pleasant person. He explained what needs to be done, and even found that it was also necessary to update anti-theft software. He personally walked with me to show a waiting room, which was nice and clean. The service took less than 2 hours, and Alex escorted me out to wait for my car delivery. I was very pleased with this experience. More
