On Friday the 17th of December I had a 11:00 appointment. I arrived and was personally welcomed by a Service Department representative. After pictures were taken I went in to talk to Abriel Archer, and exp I arrived and was personally welcomed by a Service Department representative. After pictures were taken I went in to talk to Abriel Archer, and explained that I would leave the car for Safety Recall. I asked for a call as soon as the update was complete because I had an appointment at 1:00pm and another at 4:00pm. I was thoroughly impressed and thankful that he called me soon, I was nearby and picked up my KIA Sedona. Everyone I interacted with at Jenkins Kia was polite, professional, and efficient.
