I typically do not leave reviews because I think it's a waste of time. However with the terrible experience my mother had at this service department I figured I should warn some others to stay away.. Staff waste of time. However with the terrible experience my mother had at this service department I figured I should warn some others to stay away.. Staff in the service department were rude. Sales wouldn't leave her alone about trading in her 2021 soul that doesn't even have 6k miles on it yet. She's 76 years old, lives alone and doesn't know any better. She entered the dealership looking to have a tire patched (that she has coverage on) and a simple oil change. By the end of it all she was told the tire couldn't be repaired and that she would need to by two tires in order to keep her warranty! I told her to just get the oil change finished up and I'd take her car somewhere else to have the tire patched. Which by the way, they patched with no issues! More
