I want to shed light on Kailey Baker in service. I had to get a rental for a few days. She took me to Hertz. The drive there she made me feel so comfortable. When we arrived she stayed with me the e I had to get a rental for a few days. She took me to Hertz. The drive there she made me feel so comfortable. When we arrived she stayed with me the entire time until I was assigned a vehicle. She never complained about the wait! Even the Hertz associate applauded her for staying with me. She helped me put all my belonging in the rental. Car seat and all! When it was time to return the rental she made sure to call me and let me know she was on the way. Great communication! Again she helped me transfer all of my belongings in her car. When we got to the dealership in the beaming on sun she again helped me transfer car seat and all into my vehicle. Very helpful young lady, God bless her! 10/10 specifically to her! Never complained, never made me feel of an inconvenience. She deserves a raise. More

Good service but they always trying to sell or provide services not requested. Also one of the ladies at the cashier desk was so unfriendly and arrogant. Need better customer relations.
