This is my second visit to Jenkins Kia for scheduled maintenance, and the experience was every bit as excellent as the first visit. I was promptly and professionally greeted upon arrival and checked-in maintenance, and the experience was every bit as excellent as the first visit. The service manager discussed the recommended service actions for this visit, as well as provided an estimated time of completion. Since I elected to wait on the vehicle, I was shown the waiting area with comfortable seating, selection of coffees, water, juices, snacks, TV, and charging stations. The time passed very quickly. Check-out was similarly fast and efficient. While in their care, your vehicle is treated as if it were their own. Their multi-point inspection ensures that there are no hidden or developing issues that could [potentially cause problems before the next visit. Very pleased with the overall experience, and friendliness and courtesies of the staff. More
