My wife and I moved up here last year and have taken my 2021 Sorento for service and may I say these guys are the best I have dealt with every time, The latest Service Advisor who assisted me, Chris, was 2021 Sorento for service and may I say these guys are the best I have dealt with every time, The latest Service Advisor who assisted me, Chris, was very friendly, professional and courteous. Joshua was very straight-forward, with a positive attitude. He explained the process and what would be done. I explained my time-constraints due to a medical appointment and he assured me that my attitude. He explained the process and what would be done. I explained my time-constraints due to a medical appointment and he assured me that my services would be completed quickly. Josh kept me informed of the progress and when they discovered an additional problem he again assured me that everything would be completed on time. Had to have a part installed to solve a Blind Spot Detection problem. Service was done promptly. Now Detection system past it's test. In addition, the service manager looked into a new recall on elect Detection problem. Service was done promptly. Now Detection system past it's test. In addition, the service manager looked into a new recall on electric oil pump. Service dept also took care of that issue also saving me another trip to KIA. More
