I went to get the recall taken care of and the oil changed. They showed me some filters needed changing and told me the back brakes were bad and I had them taken care of. Later they told me a back tir changed. They showed me some filters needed changing and told me the back brakes were bad and I had them taken care of. Later they told me a back tire had a nail in it that couldn't be patched, I declined at the time. It took about 3 1\2 hours and they did not give me a new oil change sticker nor did they wash my car and did not even offer me a coupon to have it done. My car had been out of warranty for some time, not real happy with the visit. More

I had a tire issue on a Friday afternoon and Gary got me scheduled on Saturday afternoon which was very impressive. He went out of his way to get my problem resolved in a quick manner. Joshua was very straight-forward, with a positive attitude. He explained the process and what would be done. I explained my time-constraints due to a medical appointment and he assured me that my attitude. He explained the process and what would be done. Josh kept me informed of the progress and when they discovered an additional problem he again assured me that everything would be completed on time.
