Brought our 2021 Kia Soul in for service. Was greeted right away and was told ,it would take about 3 hours to complete. Poor communication with delayed car repair services. No callback on updates. Cancellation on 3 different times for car pick up after we attempted many times for an update. The work on the vehicle began No callback on updates. Cancellation on 3 different times for car pick up after we attempted many times for an update. The work on the vehicle began after two weeks of sitting there. An extremely frustrating experience. We will never go back. They've lost 3 customers all in one day. More
