However, the length of time from his giving results of inspection and end of visit was longer than an additional hour. Also, the facility was not as good as the previous dealer. The waiting room had few seats, and a television playing in a relatively small space. In addition, the rest room had one stall for the whole facility. More

Excellent customer service We took our Kia Rondo in for an oil change, tire checks, and a safety recall, and were greeted with a friendly smile by Jarrell who took the basic inf We took our Kia Rondo in for an oil change, tire checks, and a safety recall, and were greeted with a friendly smile by Jarrell who took the basic information. We met with Michelle, who is the Service Advisor. She had a great smile, personality, and was extremely friendly. She went over everything and we waited about an hour-and-a-half. We had to have 2 new tires due to an irreparable issue on one of the tires, and Michelle ordered the two and they were in the next day. That was very speedy service. They also provided a complimentary car wash and vacuumed the front floor mats which was lovely and very much appreciated! Michelle is a very valuable asset to your dealership, and she goes above and beyond in making sure you are comfortable, and that everything is accomplished in tip top order. In the meantime, we met with Sheila, one of the sales reps at Jenkins Kia, and an excellent one at that. However, I love my Kia Rondo and I was not interested in any other vehicles. Sheila had a lovely personality with a great smile, and she is an excellent sales rep with a very professional attitude. We were very pleased with our experience with Jenkins Kia. It is extremely gratifying to have a service dealership that really cares about their customers. Keep up the good work!:) More
