Joshua Mills was awesome helped me with all my concerns on my vehicle and provided excellent customer service. Joshua did an exceptional job, as usual. The only issue I have is the "rattle" in the front dash area .... it is still there. I did not notice the issue until after leaving the dealershi The only issue I have is the "rattle" in the front dash area .... it is still there. I went for service on my Kia. They changed the oil and filter and rotated the tires. Forty-five minutes later I was on my way home. They changed the oil and filter and rotated the tires. Forty-five minutes later I was on my way home. More
Good service but they always trying to sell or provide services not requested. Also one of the ladies at the cashier desk was so unfriendly and arrogant. Need better customer relations. 1) one of our credit unions was never contacted regarding finance, and come to find out we were eligible with them for a lower rate of 6.24%; which is 1.55% LESS that what Nat told us he could get us for a r finance, and come to find out we were eligible with them for a lower rate of 6.24%; which is 1.55% LESS that what Nat told us he could get us for a rate and at 3 months less terms, and a lower cost of GAP coverage as well. 2) Nat did run our credit through our other credit union, like he stated he did, however it was uncovered that he misrepresented our membership status with them, listing us as ”non-members” leading to the denied application. Their interest rate was also less than 7.79% that we were told was "the best rate we could get" 3) After further review of paperwork—(which I am fully aware we should have asked for AND looked at way more carefully BEFORE we ever signed) but none the less, we found the dealerships pricing to be convoluted, with hidden fees that surfaced after we negotiated what we believed would be the final price of the actual vehicle. A staggering $2,500.00 for ”dealer reconditioning”, and nearly “$2,000.00” for paint coverage were tacked on, effectively erasing any discounts we had been offered 4) After going through our paperwork, we were never provided an actual bill of sale 5) We were supposed to get our first few oil changes free when we were negotiating with Mike, but instead upon further review of our paperwork, they added in Car Care coverage of $850.00 for oil changes and tire rotations for 3 years or 37k miles. Finally on Thursday March 21, 2024, I called the dealership after finding out this information and spoke to Reagan, who asked me if we would come in a meet with him, of which I advised we could do this morning; Saturday March 23, 2024. When my husband and I got there we waited 20 minutes and were then greeted by Juan, another sales manager who stated he had more experience than Reagan and he would like to see if he could assist. After explaining everything, Juan admitted that the internet prices are there to get people in the door and that you have to read fine print on the bottom to see all the additional fees charged by the dealer. This may not be illegal, but it is certainly unethical and dishonest and all they did was add stuff back into the “discount” they gave us to bring the vehicle right back to the price the dealers desired profit margin. But again, this is on us, 100% for not reading the fine print, for purchasing a vehicle late at night, and for not making sure we had every piece of paper before leaving. In this regard, they absolutely did their job in selling a vehicle for the most they could. In response to our grievances Juan, offered to refund the interest that has already accrued with the “independent bank” lender in order for us to now finance with our credit union., as well as the cost of the GAP coverage and the car care services (oil changes and tire rotations) but only after the loan was paid off by the credit union to Independent bank and we could show the dealer proof of this, that way they could cut me a check directly—however that means we are still being charged interest on these items even with a new lender. I told him we really did not want to go the legal route, but if something was not done to fix this, I would have no choice, to which he replied, I did not need to “threaten” them with an attorney and that the finance managers made to much money to be making mistakes like this and for that he was sorry. I told them I wanted the vehicle sale redone with correct pricing and lending company, but this apparently was not an option, so the gravity of the situation has led us to seek legal counsel, which advised the dealership should either redo the contract or accept the vehicles return. So, we left the dealership without accepting the $269.23 in interest accrued they were offering to cut us a check for and will meet with our attorney on Monday. STRONGLY advise future customers to exercise due diligence when engaging with this dealership and remind you to meticulously reviewing EVERYTHING More
