Only thing I don't understand is if your car comes with three years of maintenance doesn't that consist of transmission fluid and coolant fluid yes I would think so but somewhere along the line they asked if I would like to have my transmission fluid drained and refilled along with the coolant fluid I don't know why I would have to pay for this if maintenance was already taken care of for three years but I'll look into the fine print you never know that's where things like that are but overall very nice very nice experience almost can't wait to go back LOL More

On Friday the 17th of December I had a 11:00 appointment. I arrived and was personally welcomed by a Service Department representative. After pictures were taken I went in to talk to Abriel Archer, and exp I arrived and was personally welcomed by a Service Department representative. After pictures were taken I went in to talk to Abriel Archer, and explained that I would leave the car for Safety Recall. I asked for a call as soon as the update was complete because I had an appointment at 1:00pm and another at 4:00pm. I was thoroughly impressed and thankful that he called me soon, I was nearby and picked up my KIA Sedona. Everyone I interacted with at Jenkins Kia was polite, professional, and efficient.
