Shop around at various Kia dealerships before going all in here.Their Market Selling Value Price is way over the MSRP price on new vehicles. They are out to make lots of money and rip you off. I was quoted 41k for Kia Seltos S model with a MSRP of 23.4K. Friendly Kia in New Port Ritchey quoted me 30k out the door for the exact same model car with a MSRP of 23.7k and a Kia dealership in Jacksonville quoted me 29.6k out the door. If you're willing to drive a hour or two, you will most definitely save 7-9k on a new Kia. Do your homework and review their documents!!!! More

I commenced to pay my credit union since October and in late Feb 2022, I got an email from Kia saying I owe them $1,346.00. I’m thinking how can this be? I called Kia and they, 4 months after receiving the payoff check decided to return it to my credit union. To show you how stupid they are… they relinquished control of the title months ago and closed out my account just like they would if I paid my car off. So, I have no access to my closed account to see what’s going on. My credit union said we have lots of problems with Kia!!! Wish I knew that before I financed with them. My credit union overnighted another check to Kia about 6 days ago… Finally, I have some relief BUT will they cash the check this time??? I have no confidence in them whatsoever. Today, I got an email from Kia thanking me for a $158.33 payment they are debiting my checking account. This is after they received my payoff check. IF YOU READ THIS AND FINANCE WITH KIA YOU ARE NUTS. IF YOU ARE FINANCED WITH KIA - DO NOT REFINANCE- I SO REGRET IT EVER REFINANCING… More
