The service was good. But the cost of a side mirror($800) is ridiculous. And took a full month to get installed. May 2 to June 7, 2022. The first mirror was only $400-$600. Was in stock, painted and installed in four hours Both mirrors fell out of their casing while I was driving. None of your service personnel were able to put the mirrors back in the casing. So the need for me to spend $1200-$1400 for two mirrors. KIA was contacted. They too had now answer why mirrors fell out. Also no plan to look into the problem. I guess I'm one of those guys that should have bought "Car Shield. Service OK??? Pricing will not be recommended. My salesman was Christopher Record, and he was a big reason why I purchased my 2022 Kia Soul LX. I went into the dealership wanting a Forte after claiming a total loss after a bad storm, but he made me reason why I purchased my 2022 Kia Soul LX. When I bought my 2013 Optima from Jenkins Kia it was already three or four years . always taken it to Jenkins Kia to be serviced and have tons of service records to prove it. Jenkins Kia has always been courteous and accommodative and willing to work with me. I've always been satisfied with their work and they've always gone the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied with their services. Amy, one of their Internet specialists, was very nice in assisting me while looking for a new Kia Niro. Due to their lack of inventory I looked out of state and reserved one at MSRP. Amy reached out to me a assisting me while looking for a new Kia Niro. Due to their lack of inventory I looked out of state and reserved one at MSRP. Amy reached out to me a few days later letting me know that they received a Niro (in the exact trim and color combo I have reserved, nonetheless) and I swung by to take a look at it! My salesperson was a newer guy and showed me the car however we never test drove it. They had a $34k vehicle marked up to $49-THOUSAND. The sales manager Guy Rodas offered to remove $3k to 'help'. I would have never swung by here if I had known they would mark it up 69%. Friendly folks but their prices are mind-boggling. More
