RJ was very nice and listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to push us in any direction in cost wise. He understood what we were looking for and handled it well. Very nice and we love Kia. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I did it with a 9 year old in tow. I can’t say enough nice things about Sheriff. My husband and I went to Jenkins Kia on a Sunday 8/18/24 and spent at least 2 1/2 hours trying to make a deal on a new Kia. After several attempts by the salesman going back and forth with a sales manager a and spent at least 2 1/2 hours trying to make a deal on a new Kia. After several attempts by the salesman going back and forth with a sales manager and them trying to play the shell game with the numbers, we stood up and said we were done. I asked for our car key and the salesman walked us out to get it. At this point the sales manager walked out and loudly asked “what’s the problem”? My husband said “I guess we just can’t make a deal.” The sales manager walked up close to my husband and said “ you know what the problem is…you came here with the wrong attitude!” My husband said “we’re done, and don’t follow me to my car.” I would never recommend anyone try buying a car from that Sales Manager. The dealership is nice and has a lot of vehicles to choose from. Our salesperson spent a lot of time with us and did a great job. More
