Cristina Rosario was amazing & very helpful. Friday morning my car had been struck by a hit and run driver. The impact caused the car to shut off and all though the car was in driver, the tra Friday morning my car had been struck by a hit and run driver. The impact caused the car to shut off and all though the car was in driver, the transmission was stuck in park. Fire Rescue got the car to start and got the gear shift working. I immediately came to Kia to have the car evaluation for damages. Cristina and your amazing service techs had the car accessed and had me back on the road in no time. Other than a scratch on the rear bumper no addition damage was found. Thank you Cristina. Thank you Service Technicians. And Thank you KIA for such great service. What started as a rough day was quickly put at easy. More
